2Manykidz Boer Goats

March 9th at 11 am Red Rena kidded with twins. A gorgeous solid red doeling with white socked front feet, and a paint buckling. Both weighed in at 6 pounds.

He is DABAR's Red Pedro and the doeling is DABAR's Red HotRod Princess. They were about an hour old in photo.

HotRod has gained 3 pounds this first week! She is a beauty.

We love watching the new ones explore the world! There are so many things to learn. Red Pedro is 8 1/2 pounds at one week.

Hot Rod at 10 weeks old. This lady is quite beautiful. I am very proud of how this little doeling is turning out. She never misses an opportunity to eat a meal, whether it is from Momma or a feedpan.

 Even if she cannot reach into the pan, she does not mind a climb in and even a little "hanging" around for a meal.

 Coco is the Guard Dog and a big reason for our success with a predator free herd so far. Coco keeps the goats safe and free from harm. On May 1, 2009 Coco took a couple of hours of maternity leave to deliver us 8 precious puppies. 6 males and 2 females joined their mother to help guard their livestock friends.

 Penny and Ace's kid has arrived!

 Northern Scarlet Star was born on 5-15-09 and weighed 8.4 pounds. Momma and daughter are both doing well. This girl is a keeper.

 This little one is another one of those keepers. She has true natural beauty! She is a fun loving and energetic doeling. She has more than doubled her birth weight in the first two weeks and we are very excited to see what the future holds for her. Possibly some ABGA shows sometime.
